OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
FROM THE CPANC ADMINISTRATION
Greetings, Subscribers:
As some of you have noticed, CPA Rewritten Central has unfortunately folded. However, all of its assets have been transferred to a new organization under the alias 'Club Penguin Army News Central'.
For people who do not understand, CPRAC has chosen to do in order to become universal, covering not only CPRewritten army affairs. Thomas, former Chief Executive Officer, has yielded his responsibilities to me. For those who do not know who I am, I am Dino. Former CP Army Media Vice President and current Doritos 2nd-in-Command. I've been in the community since January 2015 and in over 10+ different armies during that period.
With our transition to universal army news, some changes are necessary to adapt and to make ourselves stand out.
DEPARTMENTS
One of the things we'll be implementing is 'departments'. Every staff body (i.e. reporters, graphics, moderation, etc.) will be assigned a department to handle certain tasks. Here are the following departments.
- Literature Department ─ The department of information, reports, and edits; all literacy related matters are located here.

- Graphics Department ─ All graphic designs for the organization are conducted and made here.

- Judicial Department ─ While CPANC is not a league organization, we offer a judges' pool for battles if requested.

- Development Department ─ CPANC also offers an map. To update the map and 'worldbuild' it, a department has been established in its presence.

MAP PROJECT
As apart of our new cartographic project, we plan on releasing multiple maps for different 'continents' (every CPPS gets its own continent). As of now, this is our planned continents.

Since most CPPSes do not contain many servers, there will be 'districts' splitting up the servers. Districts serve as territories on our map. However, in-game, they belong to their respective server.
We currently do not plan on adding CPA: The Game to our project. However, if CPA: The Game's administration would like to discuss a potential agreement, we're open.
NEWS COVERAGE
CPA News Central plans on becoming a lead source of news. One of the ways we'll be doing this is adopting new, custom shows/topics:

We plan to make CPANC into an active, competent driving force in the community.
CHAOS CHALICE
CPA News Central is proud to announce its first tournament: the Chaos Chalice. The tournament will serve as a round-robin tournament. The army with the most victories and less losses wins the tournament. There is no official set date for the Chaos Chalice. However, we plan on holding it in late June or early July!
CONCLUSION
Applications will be open shortly later today. Other projects will also be coming in the following days. We pride ourselves for being unique, and, we plan on becoming the largest army media alternative.
